pstrongGeneral Characteristics Job Summarystrongbrbr- Support site work with technical knowledge in IT system and coordinates between site and HQ office with relevant advice on IT issuesbrbrstrongRoles amp; Responsibilitiesstrongbrbr- Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices phones routers printers etcbr- Check computer hardware HDD mouse keyboards etc to ensure functionalitybr- Install upgrade and configure appropriate software and functions according to specificationsbr- Develop and maintain local wired and wireless networks in ways that optimize performancebr- Conduct or instruct reactive and preventive maintenance service on the hardwarebr- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systemsbr- Manage the Wi-Fi network and access pointsbr- Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipmentbr- Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their workbr- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems repair or replace parts debugging etcbr- Coordinate LANWAN issues to ensure IT requirements are metbr- Coordinate telecommunication resources and support to job sites project offices and clientsbr- Perform project data management planning; ensuring access to project data is controllednbsp;br- Control Acquisition distribution security and archiving of all project related electronic informationbr- Maintain and manage the IT inventorybr- Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place ordersbr- Contact the telecommunication provider as neededbr- Able to troubleshoot the Access Control and CCTV hardware and softwarebr- Coordinate with the Access Control and CCTV SLA vendorsbr- Ensure Data Recoverybr- Integrate new and upgraded systemsbr- Upgrade and maintain a company?s computer systemsp
