Roles & Responsibilities
1. Instructional Designer .
· Utilize instructional design methodologies to design effective and engaging training courses for instructor-led training (ILT), virtual instructor-led training (VILT), and eLearning
· Assess the learning needs of target audiences
· Produce Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools
· Develop written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning
· Develop learning resources for ILT, VILT, and eLearning
· Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials and make improvements as necessary
· Oversee timelines, schedules, scope, and deliverables of assigned projects
· Collaborate with subject matter experts
