Roles & Responsibilities
- Delivers and facilitates structured safety and regulatory training and development programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan, objectives, and brand essence.
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a Higher Management and Supervisory levels.
- Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status.
- Provides training sessions as per Training Plan & Competency development requirements.
- Promote best practice and comply with policy, regulations, legal requirements, and ISO.
- Support the development and delivery of the HSE Training Programs and support the development of new HSE training courses as determined by the needs of the project to address specific hazards, trends, or the need for refresher training for project workers and supervisory execution teams.
- Prepare and maintain course rosters, course completion cards and other documentation as requested by the HSEQ Director, Sr. HSE Manager and Project Management.
- Development of HSE training courses, course outlines, and audio and/or video editing of HSE training courses.
- Ensures Project Mandatory Induction Delivery to all project personnel, visitors and vendors and delivery of Induction proofs and other trainings.
- Prepare and update the HSE training matrix and annual training plan based on Project and HSE/legal requirements and results of trend analysis periodically as and when needed.
- Ensure Trainings Quality check at the end of training programme for the attendees viz, via questionnaire.
- Order training materials and resources required for training programmes.
- Updates materials as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs.
- Assist in HSE Campaigns.
- Knowledge of Arabic and other international languages is an advantage.
- MS Office proficiency, Computer literacy and presentation skills required.
