Roles & Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for handling HR administration and PRO-related matters of the client company.
HR Administration:
– Complete employee onboarding and offboarding formalities.
– Coordinate with an insurance company for addition/deletion of employees under a medical insurance plan
– Prepare any HR paper-work based on client requirements (NOC, salary certificate, warning notice and so on)
– Interpret KSA labour law and advise clients on their queries.
PRO Support:
– Work closely with PRO to complete the visas timely.
– Coordinate with clients and ensure all the required documents are readily available before proceeding with visas to avoid any delays.
– Communicate with the client’s point of contact for any additional requirements.
– Send weekly reports to clients to keep them updated.
– Keep track of expiring documents and send timely reminders to update records.
