Roles & Responsibilities
* To Monitor the maintenance of all the airfield pavements and roads in airside and, in line with quality and safety standards.
* To Monitor the maintenance of all the airfield fence in airside and, in line with quality and safety standards
* To Monitor the maintenance of Solid waste and disposalTo Monitor the maintenance of all the Airfield Lighting with quality and safety standards
* To Monitor the maintenance of all MEP, Civil systems
* Performs other related duties as assigned and any additional ad-hoc will be assigned as per work requirement
* Contribute to divisional business plans, and develop the department’s objectives, annual plan, and Utilities & Equipment strategy, and manage its execution in line with the division’s business plan and strategy
* Monitor the operational performance of the department against the approved targets and KPIs, report on variances to the Project Director, and manage the implementation of corrective measures in coordination with the Corporate Performance Management function
* Responsible for managing his own administrative needs
* Ensure that all Maintenance policies and processes are applied according to Maintenance regulations
* Monitor utility usage in the airport’s facilities and provide recommendations that aim to reduce direct electrical and water usage where possible
* Manage the Maintenance Analysis team in the SLA Monitoring Process by following up with tasks not completed to time and quality as per the agreed.
* Prepare progress reports and other documentation as requested.
* Ensuring that process / final deliverbales adhere to SLA, KPI
