We have an opportunity for Field Service Engineer II in Jazan, KSA to be technical expert capable of fully supporting clients on the assigned technologies as well as performing Field Service engineer II. The FSE2 will located at Jazan as part of Residence engineer support program.
Field Service Engineer II Responsibilities
• Maintains the site installation and support to maintain system availability.
• Performs or ensures Preventative Maintenance Tasks are completed on time.
• Keep site inventories up to date and keep track of Spare parts as per project/contract requirement.
• Keeps customers informed on technical notifications and advises on recommended corrective actions
• Issues Daily/Monthly reports as per Project/Contract requirements
• Assists with driving awareness for Break through Initiatives and drive for Up-sells
• Build relationships with GTAC to ensure rapid resolution of issues.
• Drives all Technical issues as liaison with TAC to ensure successful conclusion.
• Pro-actively manages the risks and opportunities keeping the PM/LE informed.
• Ensures deliverables Quality and Accuracy
• Proactively drives the delivery /schedule, managing the customer and team to ensure the project/contract is delivered on time and within budget.
• Obtain required certification in time.
• All works shall be executed in accordance with Honeywell and Customer HSE policies
• Provides 24/7 support for assigned clients as per the Stand-By Roster issued Monthly.
• Issues Post Incident report and associated actions and documentation
• Remains prepared by ensuring that respective site ID s are maintained
Qualifications
• Electronics and Instrumentation Bachelor engineering
• Must have very good Honeywell EPKS system service and maintenance experience.
• EPKS and Network Certification is preferred
• Hands on experience on DCS (Honeywell EPKS), ESD (Safety Manager) & FGS(Honeywell Safety Manager), Alarm Management (Honeywell, Dynamo), Honeywell FDM (Field Device Manager), Honeywell EBR (Experion Backup and Restore), OPC interface , Domain and OT networking.
• Minimum experience years (3-4 years service experience at big process plant is must
• Experion OPM certification, Experion L3 Certification, CCNA and Microsoft certification are preferred.
