Roles & Responsibilities
To perform daily maintenance activities to run the plant safely and efficiently without interruption. Shall be
Competent to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair damaged fiberglass items for CPVC-FRP, PP-FRP,
PVDF-FRP & ECTFE-FRP, etc.
Description
Comply with Nama policies and Safety procedures and contribute to achieve target SHE rates as well as
comply with quality procedures and NAMA ISO certified standards.
Perform daily maintenance activities according to Standard Maintenance Procedures with high quality
and reasonable time and ensure proper filling and record of the maintenance checklist. Also, ensure
proper housekeeping after activity completion.
Proper feedback to his supervisor on any findings or abnormality during performing his job. Act as
Supervisors during his absence, prepare and submit feedback, and report to superiors as required.
Response to operation and maintenance activities (normal and emergency cases) attend on-call if
assigned.
Attend all on-job and classroom training sessions and all other training scheduled.
Repair and Fabrication works for CPVC-FRP items at the chemical plant.
Repair and Fabrication works for PP-FRP items at the chemical plant.
Repair and Fabrication works for PVDF-FRP items at the chemical plant.
Repair and Fabrication works for ECTFE —FRP items at the chemical plant.
Usage of Hetron Resin 197 and Hetron Resin 922 etc.
Fabricate pipe Collars for different non-metallic materials.
Read isometric drawing for pipelines.
Take the on-site measurement for required modifications.
Welding CPVC, PP, PVDF, and ECTFE materials.
Carrying out fiberglass lamination work on pipes, tanks, and non-metallic spares, etc.
Operates, maintains, and repairs basic machine tools of Grinders, basic mechanical tools, drilling, and
tapping.
Learns and practices safety, emergency response, safety suggestions, and good housekeeping.
