Contact vendors place orders verify supplies manage supply requisition and communicate with suppliers to determine expected delivery dates and inform Project Management of potential delaysbr ? Strategize and oversee activities related to receiving and dispatching shipments such as confirming accuracy of orders and generate reports on work progress completion dates production challenges stock levels and costs by coordinating with different departments internally such as Design Procurement Project management and vendors suppliersbr ? Monitor project delivery timelines check work quality against company requirements and specifications and ensure compliance with regulations p pstrongRoles Responsibilitiesstrongp p? Plan and follow up delivery with vendor suppliers to ensure material and equipment are arrived timely with minimize discrepancy and damages and in accordance our standard quality orderedbr ? Assess into details monitoring and ensuring vendors suppliers comply with PO delivery terms and conditions to avoid any delay in deliverybr ? Act as focal point of coordination with field material department end-users to clear pending materials receipt from vendorsbr ? Initiate progress meeting with vendors as and when required to update or discuss on the delivery progressbr ? Prepare expediting reports on regular basis to update PO delivery status and support company needsbr ? Coordinate vendors to provide us for track performance of PO from manufacturing to delivery of materials and equipmentbr ? Coordinate logistics with appointed contracting companies to ensure delivery as per agreed schedulebr ? Maintain good relationships with vendor subcontractors to get solid support on deliverable both long-lead as well as short-lead itemsbr ? Work in line with Company client purchasing procedure according to the pre-qualification of suppliersbr ? Coordinates invoices problems with vendor and accounting; resolves delivery requirements with vendor and supervisionbr ? Performs additional assignments per supervisor?s direction such as Buyer Purchaser rolep
