Roles & Responsibilities
1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans for exhibitions and events,
including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in close collaboration with clients and
internal teams.
2. Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of exhibition projects, ensuring
seamless coordination between design, fabrication, logistics, and installation teams to
deliver high-quality booths and setups.
3. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular
updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations to ensure
client satisfaction.
4. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout
the production process, ensuring that all deliverables meet the company’s standards and
client requirements.
5. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and risks during project execution
and take decisive actions to mitigate them, ensuring projects are completed on time and
within budget.
6. Post-Project Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of completed projects, analyzing
successes and areas for improvement to refine processes and enhance future project
outcomes.
