Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans for exhibitions and events,

including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, in close collaboration with clients and

internal teams.

2. Project Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of exhibition projects, ensuring

seamless coordination between design, fabrication, logistics, and installation teams to

deliver high-quality booths and setups.

3. Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular

updates on project progress, addressing inquiries, and managing expectations to ensure

client satisfaction.

4. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures throughout

the production process, ensuring that all deliverables meet the company’s standards and

client requirements.

5. Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues and risks during project execution

and take decisive actions to mitigate them, ensuring projects are completed on time and

within budget.

6. Post-Project Analysis: Conduct thorough evaluations of completed projects, analyzing

successes and areas for improvement to refine processes and enhance future project


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience: Proven track record of at least 5 years in project management, specifically in

the exhibition and events industry, with a strong portfolio of successfully executed projects.

2. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, providing clear

direction, and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

3. Organizational Abilities: Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle

multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines without compromising quality.

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively

with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, ensuring seamless communication flow.

5. Problem-Solving Aptitude: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

think creatively and make well-informed decisions under pressure.

6. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of exhibition and event production

processes, including booth design, fabrication, logistics, and installation, along with a

passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
