Roles and Responsibilities
- Evaluate project requirements and specifications to understand the scope of work.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis, including material costs, labor, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
- Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids in response to tender invitations. Develop detailed bid packages, including pricing breakdowns, project schedules, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all bid submissions are compliant with the tender requirements and deadlines.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as project managers, engineers, and procurement, to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
- Maintain accurate records of all bid documents, correspondence, and project-related information. Archive completed bids and associated documentation for future reference and analysis.
- To handle all the tender independently.
- Preparation of Risk Analysis by coordinating concerned departments like Contracts, Engineering etc.
- Price negotiation and preparation of price comparison.
- Arranging the tender documents from the employers / Consultants.
- Coordination with the Design team to get the Design, Specifications and quantity for the Design and build Tender.
- Floating enquiry to all the specialized agencies to get the quotes.
- Attending Pre bid meetings.
- JV & Ventures: To look for JV partners
- Coordination with internal safety department to get the advice for safety requirement.
