Roles & Responsibilities
1. Ensure implementation of the project compliance Plan regarding the project social aspects.
2. Conduct the subcontractor camps audits according to JV standard (using JV Checklist) and follow implementation in coordination with the package Managers.
3. Lead the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee, by organizing monthly meetings, and prepare the CSR monthly report.
4. Conduct in coordination with HR department the monthly random survey at site.
5. Make sure the Grievance process is implemented as described in the Grievance procedure and ensure the Grievance Register maintained.
6. Conduct regular inspections of catering facilities and provide feedback on the food quality and hygiene.
