Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Be responsible for follow up and supervision for Electrical and Instrumentation construction, installation, hook-up, pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Ensure that the Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) works performed complies with contract specification and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering – Minimum 5 years working experience in EPCs/Oil and Gas industry.
•
Must have good verbal and written communication skills to interface and communicate with internal and external departments, agencies; contractors and vendors.
Job Description:
• Implement daily electrical and instrument inspection and records.
•
Ensure compliance with legal requirements
•
Implement preventive maintenance plan till completion
•
Complete electrical and instrument repairing in time according to site procedures and production priorities
•
Analyse the equipment breakdown root causes and propose some improvement
•
Ensure up to date documentation
•
Responsible for external E&I contractors who work in the plant
•
Ensure safe coordination and execution of all maintenance preventive or corrective activities performed by external contractor strictly following Company HSE guideline and policies
•
Coordinates commissioning punch list clearance activities with project team groups
•
Reports progress, performance, issues, and challenges to Pre Commissioning, Commissioning & Start Up (PCC&SU) Manager.
•
Strong HSE awareness and commitment to site HSE policy is required.
