Manual Color Matching Trial as possible
Smart Matching/Color Manual matching & colors checking using DataColor 800 Machine matching (if necessarily)
Responsible for the daily Input on Database.
Colors, Price & database verification
Manual the building price of colors
Verifying all colors by visual checking after approved by Q.C. Lab.
Dispensing colors & base filling use for colors verification
Operate Color 800 Machine to build LAB, RGB color codes & reading DE (colors difference)
Controlling new received colorant by processing manual Tinting & side by side draw down comparing with the existing colorant (STD)
Checking received new base by processing manual tinting & side by side draw down comparing with the existing base (STD)
Programming & technical supporting the TSC Color Lab for their new project or new Color formulator
Preparing Color Lab task reports and submitted to the management
Executes activities related to his/her function in safe and environmental methods.
