Roles & Responsibilities
- Take care of all camps for smooth running of camps operations with camp team & HO Support. Make sure all the standards are meet as per AFG.
- Make sure that all the Management plans and procedures are applicable in camps.
- All Client and Government requirement should full fill after approval of Management.
- Daily Checking of the camps with camp bosses to ensure all requirements should meet.
- Work closely with HO and sites.
- Organize Monthly Committee monthly/weekly Meetings/ Workers welfare meetings.
- Daily camps reports send to Asst Admin Manager
- Camp audits by Clients, HSE, Govt official & their closeouts.
- All records of Camps contract renewals, new camps, water, electricity, sewage, skip, monthly reports daily reports, Bills etc.
- Order materials required for the camps in advance, keep all time some stock to avoid petty cash
- Camps inventory.
- Welfare trips for workers.
- Responsible for organizing extracurricular activities for employees like Organizing cricket, football league matches etc. He will also be organizing health checkup medical camps, etc
- Manage the camp team in coordination with maintenance team.
- Coordinate with other departments for any kind of maintenance work related to camps is required.
- Check daily grievances, complaints suggestion, food complaints register for all camps.
- Use of company assents and properties in proper way.
- Maintain the good standards of food , housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and other facilities provide by AFG.
- Any other service required by company need full support on that.
- Proper attendance of all camp staff including maintenance team
- Ensure, Catering contractors must follow all standards and safety aspects should be implements in camps.
- Proper record of daily food and coordinate with site for smooth delivery and all time presence during meal served.
