Roles & Responsibilities
The Architectural Engineer is responsible for working with internal departments and external parties on building and design projects, ensuring the structural and functional integrity of building structures and systems, and identifying and solving design flaws. You should be analytical, have excellent time management skills, and have the ability to find effective solutions to fit with the project’s timeline, budget, and objectives.
work in design drawing and tender documents beside supervision experience at site.
Good experience for both design of interior and exterior for high rise building,hotels,strip malls,bulivard
Good experience at inspection at site supervision
Designing, analyzing, and altering plans, prototypes, or structures.
Ensuring building plans, prototypes, and structures are operating safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Familiar with new architectural trends, materials on the market and methods of construction.
Strong creative and visualization skills.
In-depth knowledge of materials and finishes, levels and grading, furniture, lighting, planting, irrigation landscape specifications and local construction methods.
Assisting team members with project objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 8 Years of experience as Architectural Engineer
2d&3dAutocad-3dmax-sketch up-Revit-photoshop.
Iqama: Transferable
