Promoter that thrives in attracting new customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable to present product, generating interest and qualifying sales prospects. Also, she/he will be responsible for carrying out operational needs as per Retail Policy and Procedure.
- Provide all the needed information on promoted products and services
- Assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
- Engage with customer and discover their wants and needs
- Provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Consistently seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the customer
- Set up booths or promotional stands and stock products
- Arrange merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
- Be aggressive in demonstrations to show customers how to use the company’s products and how they can benefit from purchasing them.
- Handle questions during and after demonstrations to address customer concerns.
- Create a positive image and lead consumers to use the products.
- Record transactions and inventory levels.
