Roles & Responsibilities
- Researching NFE project and aligning the company’s service verticals accordingly.
- Recommending the machinery / equipment/tools requirements and initiating procurement process.
- Setting up the team training
- Listing the company with various Qatar Energy related entities.
- Initiating management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress report.
- Presenting management with weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress report.
- PM is responsible for preparation of a high-level project plan in the first 30 days and a detailed business plan within first 100 days.
- PM’s KPI are defined based on business plan.
- PM will be reporting the charman directly.
