Roles & Responsibilities
Project management and supervision skills Responsible for setting out sites and organizing facilities for smooth execution of site work.

Responsible for checking technical designs and drawings. Risk Assessment and method of statement

Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales and must see to it that health and safety policies are adhered to.

Responsible for liaising with clients, subcontractors and overall project management. Must Supervise onsite technical staff.

Providing technical advice and solving problems on site Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork Liaising with vendors about the materials and negotiating the price of materials Strong communication and interpersonal skills Should be able to read software’s such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar.

Civil or Architectural Engineering Graduate
