Roles & Responsibilities
Quantity take offs and BOQ preparation.
Timely submission of payment applications
Evaluating and preparing progress payments to subcontractors
Preparation and submission of change orders/variations/claims
Preparation of project forecasts and turnovers, cost to complete.
Preparation of reports and presentations
Managing and monitoring project commercially
Desired Candidate Profile
Good knowledge in MEP system
Certification in quantity surveying
Prior experience in larger MEP projects
