Roles & Responsibilities
You will be the front face of our organization and manage all visitors in a professional way. Handle the front desk by attending phone calls, manage the meeting room, responsible for maintaining the accurate records of company documentation etc. Should be having a diplomatic approach and expertise in handling a busy front office with good computer skills in MS office. Also, you should assist HR Manager in updating details in government websites like Hukkumi, MOI, Traffic etc by doing Arabic typing.
The job role involves the following duties:
Telephone handling
Attending Visitors & divert them to concerned divisions.
Provide secretarial support to Higher Management.
Good Communication Skills in English / Arabic
Desired Candidate Profile
Female – Arab Nationals only & Have experience in Front office administration, HR, PRO activities etc.
Able to communicate in English/Arabic
Qatar/GCC experienced , Doha based Candidates with NOC / Husband Sponsorship only preferred.
