bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
More than 8 years of post-qualification experience on Oracle EBS R12
Experience working on HR Modules Core HR 12.2.8, SSHR, Performance Management System
Experience in the preparation of Technical Design documents Can work independently and progress the build of a CEMLI/RICE object from a technical design document.
Must be proficient in OAF personalization, customization, and enhancements.
Must be proficient in Oracle Workflow development and enhancements.
Must be proficient in Oracle Approvals Management Engine (AME)
Must have prior experience to work on Oracle Performance Management System (PMS)
Hands on experience on Data Conversion/Migrations, Inbound / Outbound interfaces, Reports, Forms and Customizations.
Experience in Implementation and RICE Customizations of Oracle Applications R12 Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL and Performance tuning. Expertise in Oracle Forms (Development and Personalization), BI Publisher Reports, Oracle Workflows.
Sound knowledge in using Oracle APIs for interfaces.
Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Good knowledge on functional flows
Solid understanding of Oracle EBS database/table structures and the integration and impacts between modules
Be a team player and strive for the success of the team and the client.
Ability to design and document solutions for complex problem.
