Roles & Responsibilities
The IT Applications Support/Development consultant will assist with handling incident tickets on priority basis, configure application UI and workflow.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Strong technical experience with leading ITSM platform (BMC ITSM Helix & Digital Workspace)
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or any other relevant degree.
– ITSM tools implementations, configurations and integrations with 3rd part applications.
– Must have experience across all ITSM modules.
– Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology with participation in full SDLC.
– Must have experience in data analysis and data migration
– Experience in API integrations with 3rd party applications.
– Experience with Java, JS, Python, AJAX, CSS, jQuery, Bootstrap and basics of Databases.
