Your job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding.
Administer compensation and benefit plans.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Maintain employee files and records.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
Good knowledge of Qatar employment/labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Candidates must be available in Qatar to join immediately.
Preference to male candidates.
