Proserv Qatar is a dynamic joint venture with Sheik Al Thani, managed by the KBF group. Based in the thriving new industrial area of Doha, our Service Centre offers unparalleled support to a variety of Customers and other Proserv locations. However, we have a specific focus on growing the Qatar market, and we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Key Accountabilities (includes, but not limited to the following)
Lead the Qatar Business and drive the right culture within the team for continuous growth.
Provide a business performance report monthly for PQ, including Profit and loss, working capital and cashflow.
Develop and lead the PQ Growth Strategy (aligned with the wider Proserv strategy).
Through direct reports – manage all aspects of the business for the PQ profit centre.
Drive direct engagement with Qatar Energy and develop a solid underlying service business with repeatable predictable delivery.
Directly support all LEAN and quality programs (aligned to ISO accreditation).
Develop and provide weekly and monthly KPIs – where possible automatically from AX12
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of the AX12 ERP system including the full adoption of the project module within the first 6 months.
Always lead and be seen to lead in all matters related to our FRESH values.
Always lead and be seen to lead in all matters related to QHSE.
Plan, manage and report upon utilization for the region (rental assets and personnel) for all PQ service work.
Manage new Capex requests for new assets/asset upgrades for PQ.
Manage the training & development of all personnel in PQ.

Skills & Experience
Ten plus years’ experience of Operations in the O&G Industry
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent
Network of contacts within the Oil and Gas Industry, ideally within Qatar
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to make presentations regards Proserv to large or small groups – specifically with clients.
Ability to interface with professionals of all levels.
Proserv Product Line experience.
