Job Description

As a Camp Manager to manage the Camps providing multi-services which includes Catering, Cleaning and hard Services to ensure customer satisfaction, high staff morale and budgeted profit margins are achieved and that a good company image is projected thus ensuring continued growth.
Liaising with the client to maintain strong communications between the parties to ensure that their objectives and requirements are being met.
Ability to manage client relations, team management, and contractor and supplier management with a strong technical knowledge, financial reporting ability, and motivation to continuously improve all aspects of the operation and quality of life services.
Ensure contractual obligations, KPI’s, SLA’s are delivered.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible to lead the Camp management which includes Catering, cleaning and maintenance services, developing strategies, execution and resource plans.
Ensuring efficient project delivery including timeliness, quality, safety, risk management and scope of work in line with the project requirements.
Accountable for meeting operational team objectives through demonstrating a customer-centrist leadership style; collaboratively work with internal and external stakeholders to build and sustain strong working relationship.
Planning, organizing and controlling the operations in a professional manner ensuring prompt, efficient and quality service to the clients in line with the contract.
Achieve excellence in all areas of service ensuring compliance with company recognized standards.
Maintain daily control on quality and quantity of food service under the direction. Control the administration of the location including personnel, reception, stock taking, cost of food, man-day accounting, time sheets, wages sheets, sickness, leaves, etc., as per the defined procedures of the company.
Set objectives for the team and ensure that all the departments are performing within the scope of work achieving excellence in service.
Adequate Managerial and Technical knowledge and understand maintenance planning & scheduling, effectively organize the manpower, tools, equipment’s, materials to perform the required activities.
Manages the staff administration and ensure staff are provided as per the contract for all areas of Camp Management and overall co-ordination with Camp designated persons, Customers, ensuring that all assets are maintained and are operated to provide uninterrupted service.
Control food, non food and payroll cost and operate within budgeted targets.
Ensure that the correct financial controls are maintained, to include secured cash deposits at close of business, closure of cash registered, spot checking, etc.
Conduct daily inspections of all areas ensuring upkeep of good hygiene standards.
Arrange necessary QHSE training for staff in conjunction with the QHSE Manager on the hazards related to his job.
Ensure that the appearance of food service personnel is maintained at the highest level. Conduct random inspections on personnel hygiene, cleanliness of uniforms, and proper identification (badges).
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 08 years of experience as Asst. Camp Manager or Camp Manager in a Multi-disciplinary environment managing
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
Excellent customer focus and communication skills
