As PRO & Benefits Administrator, you will:
* Deliver in-country benefits per P&G policies, support development, revision, digitization and deployment of new policies where appropriate
* Actively manage Employee Immigration process including: Employee work permit process, JAFZA Access Card, Work permit renewals/ cancelation, Family Residence process
* Actively manage employee queries
* Maintain employee files
* Be the Business Visa Single Point Of Contact
* Be the Travel Expense Single Point Of Contact
* Work with Chamber of Commerce, MoFA, Dubai Municipality, Dubai court for legalization to process company documents

Responsibilities as of Day 1 – you will have the ownership of your role from the beginning and you will handle diverse projects and responsibilities.
Continuous trainings and mentoring – you will work with passionate people and you will receive both formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
Dynamic, diverse and respectful work environment.
* Masters/Bachelors University degree
* Fluent in English
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills
* Excellent communication skills
* 3 years of experience in PRO & benefits area
* JAFZA PRO Experience is a Plus
