Job Description

– Reports to General Manager
– Assists Project Managers in arriving at various MIS reports
– Follow-up and maintaining project progress including approvals, sub contractor agreements, project progress reports from site, QS reports, action items.
– Composing, answering and follow-up through emails and letters with clients and sub contractors during the project life cycle.
– Provide field support coordinating with various departments to ensure timely updates and smooth progress
– Coordinate with HR and project teams
– Creating, maintaining project related files and providing information to various company personnel.
– Assisting the IT team in developing and installing various process systems in the project department.
– Understanding and providing support to PM on the various technical standards and contract details

Desired Candidate Profile
– Required graduate candidate. Preferred Engineering Diploma/Degree (Electrical)
– Required 3 to 6 years of experience
– Previous related experience is must
– Excellent Written and spoken English skills must
– Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel etc.) is required
– Auto cad is a plus.

– Should be ready for short travels around country to various sites
– Should be ready to learn and scale up as required
– Ready to work without restrictions to ensure smooth progress in projects
