Roles & Responsibilities
1) Required strong Sales and convincing skills to all our customers with pleasing personalities as per our training
2) Complete E-Sales responsibilities like communicating to customers on WhatsApp, explaining order details, payments systems, verifying payment receipts, preparing shipments, coordinating for delivery and ensuring delivery, etc.
3) Maintaining on time to arriving in the shop as per duty schedules and punch in attendance machine every day.
4) Presence in showroom is important during duty hours even when there are no customers. Frequent outside standing is not acceptable
5) Always keep the display’s items in correct way to add customer values.
Any other responsibilities to add value to customer service, showroom requirements, etc.
