Review of critical RFQs, Guidance to Proposal Engineers
Profitability in Operations – w.r.t Sale of Capital
Explore Strategies for growth. Long term business goals
Budgeting, tracking of Competitive Activities and introduction of New Product/technology.
for Preparing technical & commercial offers/ proposals, coordinate with Application Engineers.
Equipment, Inventory Management, Forecasting,
Receivables Management, ensuring compliances and customer satisfaction.
Developing marketing plans towards achievement of agreed sales volume, market share, and profit objectives ensuring customer satisfaction.
Implementing strategies for acquiring business from corporate clients/Strategic Accounts and effectively using the potential of existing accounts.
Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective clients (Consultants/End Users/OEMs); handling various techno-commercial functions for securing projects.
Coordination with Customers (EPC/OEMs) and their Clients (for B2B Cases), Consultants, Classification Society for successful closure of the project. Post Commissioning Support to clients. Continue Co-ordination with users for the entire Product Life Cycle
Support Clients on Reliability Engineering and Asset Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate or Diploma with Mechanical / Electrical Engineering background with more than 15 years of relevant sales experience of Cummins or any other leading brand of Engines.
The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to lead and manage a sales team specifically designed for the Industrial, Marine and Oil and Gas Engine industry. Will be responsible to drive sales growth, meet or exceed sales targets, and expand the company’s market share in the oil and gas, marine & industrial sector. Excellent communication skills and team working ability are essential.
