Roles & Responsibilities
Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers and establish relationships with new customers.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the company’s Sanitaryware product.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential customers in the market.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, pricing, and policies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote the company’s products and services.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts and provide regular updates to management on sales activities and results.
Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, and make recommendations for improvements and adjustments, as necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Sanitary ware industry
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-oriented
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software and tools-CRM
