Roles & Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a relevant industry with in-depth knowledge of piping products.
Metal/plastic valve experience is an advantage in plumbing and HVAC fields.
Ability to read and interpret the designs and drawings, provided by the consultant and contractor.
Must have proven oral and written fluency in English language and ability of Arabic speaking would be an added advantage.
Proficient in MS Office.
Desired Candidate Profile
Identify new projects through market intelligence and research
Lead registration of new products and specify the complete product range with Consultants/contractors/Government authorities
Follow up on project leads received from different sources and analysis and position our product capabilities in meeting the project requirements.
Submit product specifications to consultants, contractors, and Government authorities for inclusion in ongoing and future project specification data.
Provide technical support on new product specifications to consultants, contractors, and government authorities while emphasizing on how the product would suit the project requirements.
Liaise with the suppliers and support them in visiting government, consultants, and contractors for specifications and approvals purposes.
Create formal business cases and product descriptions and work as a facilitator between the various internal departments to ensure product policy and processes are documented and executed accurately.
Develop the selling price strategy based on market research and competitor study to ensure that prices are competitive and sustainable.
Provide support to the pre-qualification team in submittals.
Provide proactive support to the sales team by participating in product demonstrations to customers when required.
Perform gap analysis on existing product strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Participate in meetings with consultants and contractors along with the sales / technical team to explain product suitability for targeted projects.
Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

Preparing and delivering technical presentations to potential and existing clients.
Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans
Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.
