Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Journey Management Plan (JMP) – Assure and Ensure the JMP requirement as per legal and customer requirement criteria and initiate the issuance of JMP, if the trip requires JMP. Plan the trip, open, and issue the JMP, File & Update the JMP and close the JMP after completing the trips.

2. Understand and comply with all Legal requirements in regards with Journey Management System.

3. Ensure all staffs under the Journey Management System are in the compliance to the Tristar group policies and procedures.

4. Managing of drivers working and driving roosters on daily basis.

5. Events & Violations Trend – Maintains the list of events and violations and develops the trend analysis and report to Journey Manager for initiating remedial training.

6. Audits & Corrective Actions – Support Journey Manager for the internal and external audits and closing the corrective actions / actions items as per the agreed timeline.

7. Reports and Communication – Generate the necessary reports required by the Management, RT Operations, Group HSEQ and customers and share as and when required. Submit the required reports on pre-designed controlled formats as required.

8. Documents & Records – Maintains and retains the necessary documented information of JMP, events records, counselling, etc. for the internal and external audits.

9. DPL – Provides necessary driver data and report for the DPL calculation.

10. IVMS, OBCs & Fatigue Devices – Report to Journey Manager for any defect in the system and ensure timely maintenance of devices and calibration of the setting.

11. Assist Journey Management Manager on new initiatives related to improving business outlook and company image. Reporting of incidents and near miss reports at HSE online portal and closure.

Desired Candidate Profile
• Safe Journey Management System / Related Road Safety / Journey Management Courses.

• Skillset in Journey Management, Route Hazard, Fatigue Management and IVMS in Road Transport Operations

• Skillset in Computer Applications and Microsoft Office Packages
