Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee all hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
Lead and manage a team of department heads and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize guest satisfaction, including exceptional service standards and personalized experiences.
Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and manage expenses to achieve profitability goals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue streams.
Maintain and enhance the hotel’s reputation by ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local partners to support operational needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution.
Regularly review and analyse operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
Uphold the company’s values and culture, setting a positive example for all staff members.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry, specifically in Oman.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and guest services.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and motivating diverse teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, employees, and stakeholders at all levels.
Sound financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to think strategically, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
Proficient in using hotel management systems and other relevant software.
Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in Oman.
Fluency in (Arabic/English/Hindi).
