7Roles & Responsibilities
The job offered is for an electrical or ELV engineers who have Electrical qualification. The job associated with a mandatory training to prepare the candidate to be an automation engineer as well (specifically on knx smart buildings protocol).

Job requirements:

Electrical Requirement:

1- Electrical engineer with an electrical degree (Diploma or Bachelor)

2- Minimum 4 years’ experience on buildings electricity in term of planning, designing and execution.

3- Strong and sharp leadership abilities to lead and supervise the projects and the field team.

4- Experienced in electrical piping, wiring , installing & dressing DBs for complete buildings?

5- Able to work on drawing software’s like AutoCAD to develop the electrical and smart building systems drawings.

6- Able to plan the Electrical & ELV systems for the various buildings or projects (Residential and Commercial) and develop the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) list accordingly.

7- Good knowledge about HVAC systems and their wiring & connectivity to allows the candidate understanding the integration process for all kind of AC’s with the smart systems.

8- Excellent experience in using the computer, where there will be a duty to program and setup the smart buildings after the hardware installation has accomplished.

9- Preferred whom having previous experience in Smart Homes & Automation systems.

10- Preferred who has previous experience in one of the gulf countries.

11- Preferred whom having any valid GCC driving license.

Desired Candidate Profile
Privilege goes to the candidate whom having experience in ELV systems as per below:

1- Experience in structure, planning and commissioning of IP& Analog CCTV cameras.

2- Experience in structure, planning and commissioning IP& Analog Access Control systems.

3- Experience in structure, planning and commissioning of Fire Alarm Systems.

4- Experience in structure, planning and commissioning of AV (Audio & Video) systems.

5- Experience in structure, planning and commissioning of UPS systems.
