We are currently seeking a Bilingual Call Center Agent to join our team on a temporary basis.
As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, providing them with excellent customer service, and resolving any issues they may have. You will need to be fluent in both Arabic and English, and have an IELTS score of 6 or above.
Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from customers and provide exceptional customer service
* Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Input customer information accurately into the database
* Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers and team members
Requirements:
* Fluency in both Arabic and English
* IELTS score of 6 or above
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
