Degree with min 6+ years exp in Estimation / Tendering of Facilities Maintenance Contracts comprising Building services such as HVAC, BMS, Fire alarm fire fighting installation, UPS, DG, Elevators / Escalators for Commercial complex, Hospitals, Sports Complex, Hotels, Industrial establishment etc.
