Electro Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company s customer base and ensure it s strong presence
Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Exploit (IMP)initiative master plans at granular level by trade channel
Own the development of in store sales fundamentals, POSM and concept sells
Develop retail performance standards
Customize solutions by customer, market and channels to support CBD
Initiate and monitor CBD training and development on category and brands initiatives
Contribute to the demand & supply process
Own sales building blocks and business analysis
Budget recommendation, planning and tracking
Competitive assessment and pricing analysis
Own his/her assessment form (PEP)
Own his/her scorecards
Own his/her MOL (Monthly operation letter)
Own his/her business, stewardship
Conduct field visit at-least once every 2 weeks
