Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for Collection and sales officer in Fiber and cable manufacture experience.

Documentation· Provide a professional support to the Senior Account Manager & Account Manager and other relevant staff within the Sales department on all Documentation Requirements

Coordinate· Coordinate and manage administrative tasks within the Sales department on all related Projects (Coordination between Sales, QA, Logistics, and Finance). Including Submission of final MRB documents from pre sales and post sales and follow-ups on MRB payments

Reporting· Create & Maintain Electronic & Hard Copy database of all customer certifications, approvals, specification & any other necessary documentation.

· Receive document requirement from customers, and in consultation with Product Specialist / Account Manager submit the pre-sales and post sales documentation as per respective project requirement.

· Liaise internally with Production Team, QA Team, Logistics Team and Finance Team to submit the documents as per customer/ project requirement etc

· Handle all administrative work related to documentation, including printing, binding courier of documents, and invoicing, etc. and liaise internally with the Finance department on any document sales related issues concerning payments, etc.

· Assist the Account Managers in preparing pre-qualification documents for end client approval process, with all customers Including Telecom & Oil & Gas, whose approval management will take in consideration on a yearly basis.

· Assist in executing Exhibitions and other promotional activities.

· Maintain a database of information pertaining potential customer lists, consumption patterns, and prepare periodic management reports as required.

· Coordinate with customer, experience initiatives, including follow up on trouble tickets, conducting and follow up on customer queries etc

· Assist the Account Management in organizing internal external meetings related documentation and capturing minutes of meeting and related action items.

· Provide other Marketing & Sales support as required.
