Roles & Responsibilities
- In absence of Store Manager, you are responsible to complete all the operational requirements of the store
- Improve profit and meet sales target of your VIVA store, Oversee receiving orders and stock control
- Initiate corrective actions, analyze variance, schedule expenditure, and achieving other financial objectives of the organization
- Maintain inventories to ensure consistent availability of the required services and merchandise
- Study display plans, sale promotion, and advertising towards marketing merchandise in a profitable manner
- Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues
- Recognize future and present requirements by customers and establish a good rapport with existing and potential customers
- Educate staffs about safety and sanitation procedures.
- Organize holidays and Comp offs of store staffs.
- Discipline, counsel, and coach employees to maintain positive result generation
- Ensure that all POS machines are in excellent conditions
- Ensure correct rotation of stock on shelves as per store requirements
- Ensure the highest hygiene standards all the time in the whole property

- Ensure counting of cash after the last customer leaves the store
- Conduct security checks for the currency/ credit cards/ cheques etc. when required
