Roles & Responsibilities
•
Responsible for Cost Accounting, which involves analyzing financial data, obtained throughevaluation, to determine the cost of products.
•
Responsible for performing rate calculations, and for product and cost estimates.
•
Comparing the actual cost to estimates and identifying reasons for variances.Providing management with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controllingexpenditures.
•
Providing financial analysis to evaluate products costing, etc. when necessary.
•
Lead in developing and verifying data relevant to cost accounting and margin analysis.Coordinates product cost process including calculating, reviewing and analyzing machine and labor hours, overhead costs and allocations, production rates, raw materialcosts, and manufacturing process change.
•
Analyzes actual manufacturing expenses and prepares periodic reports comparing standard coststo actual production costs.
•
Designs and understands cost flow to determine proper job order costing.
•
Provide management and various departments with detailed reports for use in making business decisionsand controlling expenditures
•
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly andaccurately, in accordance with company policy and practices.
Skills & Qualification
•
Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Accounting, CA, ACCA Qualified preferred
•
Working knowledge in the drinking water industry is an advantage.
•
More education or experience may be preferred.
•
Adequate knowledge of ERP systems.
•
