Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide financial analysis and support to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Professional certification such as CA/ CA Intern/ CPA or CMA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the same industry or similar industry ( Facility Management / Service based industry) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and financial analysis.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
