Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

-Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute or Secondary School Two (2) years Industrial Training Certificate or Associated Degree with relevant certifications.
-Ten (10) years of experience in the relevant field (Admin / Contracts / Finance).
-Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English language.
-Reading & writing in Arabic is preferred.
-Good knowledge in computer applications and office related soft-wares.
-Have good personal trait to lead and supervise assigned area of responsibility.
Job Description
-Supervise day-to-day responsibilities and functions of Administration / Contracts / Finance, with a view to maintain good liaison among MOG Teams and other Groups and be a focal point of contact.
-Provide guidance to assigned personnel, allocate works to ensure resources are effectively utilized, works are timely prioritized and efficiently performed within required time frame.
-Review and analyse continuously existing administrative procedures and practices and recommend methods and techniques to enhance the quality of services.
-Supervises activities required for the provision of support services to MOG Group by monitoring and imparting training to administrative personnel engaged for various types of jobs in the assigned area of responsibility.
-Assist contracts, planning, services, material and projects sections for better tracking and administration of relevant functions to enhance compliance to standards and company policies and to facilitate in overall performance.
-Oversee efficient incoming and outgoing mails log, pool vehicle system, security access systems and reception.
-Ensure miscellaneous supplies for the team, control and optimize its usage.
-Liaise all activities during emergencies in coordination with HSE coordinator.
-Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading practices, improvement of processes and productivity.
-Review and participates in the development of procedures related to document control.
