Roles & Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities

Routine checking of running equipments in the plant and monitoring PLC, supervisory and HMI system performance.
Perform expansion projects automation system & modification works as per the plans and schedules.
Trouble shooting of PLC related equipment breakdowns.
Perform modifications on Supervisory, HMI and on PLC systems as per process requirements.
Report log book with 100% accuracy for all observations, breakdowns and action taken with full details, work achieved or in progress and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the equipments
Maintain latest PLC, HMI and Supervisory software’s
Maintain minimum spare parts required for PLC and HMI systems.
Perform updating & familiarizing drawings according to the modifications made.
Attend all breakdown calls within an hour after working hours and during holidays.
Ensure safe working at all times with necessary guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have through technical knowledge of Telecommunication and Siemens PLC systems, SCADA systems and Instruments.
Must have experience of trouble shooting and modifications of PLC’s, Instruments and SCADA systems
Completion of a college or university program in Instrumentation / Electronics engineering is required.
Five to ten years of supervisory maintenance experience in similar process plants.
Hard working, self motivated person, with good communication skills is essential.
