Roles & Responsibilities
As a spa receptionist, you are responsible for booking, greeting and assisting clients in order to provide guests and members with a great experience. You would be responsible for managing customer feedback and being an effective sales person.
Specifically, a receptionist would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
– Provide appropriate and timely assistance to guests and customers.
– Effectively manage customer feedback to escalate issues and compliments to enable long-term improvement of products and services
– Interact and Communicate with clients and team members
– Upsell and cross sell other services provided by the SPA
– Report Accidents, Maintenance Issues, or Other Incidents
– Make sure all health and safety procedures are followed

Qualifications
– Speak both English and Arabic Fluently
– Excellent attention to detail
– High standards of cleanliness
– Ability to work in a consistently professional and helpful manner
– Ability to work under pressure
– Previous spa experience
