Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the restaurant’s overall operation and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead and guide the team to maintain service excellence.
3. Coordinate both front- and back-of-house activities seamlessly.
4. Train staff to ensure adherence to restaurant procedures.
5. Monitor inventory levels and restock efficiently.
6. Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
7. Collaborate with the management team to enhance operations.
8. Uphold hygiene and safety standards.
