Job Description

Primary Job Objective:

Considered one of the industry’s leading independent Flexible Packaging manufacturers with an impressive reputation for supplying Kuwait & Middle East companies.

The Ideal Candidate:

Candidate must be with GCC experience. And he must be on job currently. – Any Nationality
Candidate should have experience in Flexible Packaging and Rigid industry (Preform & Caps Industry)

Duties & Responsibilities:

Sourcing and winning new business within specialist markets offering a fully flexible packaging solution.
Excellent Knowledge of Printing, Lamination, (for example Chips and chocolates, etc.….), and Blown Film & Printing production process (Specifically Flexo printing).
Excellent knowledge of Lamination & Printing Products.
Applying a particular focus to shorter run, high quality/margin work.
Providing a bespoke service in line with the company’s high standards
Utilizing a strong strategic background to design and implement business strategies

Key attributes required:

An ability to drive new products and innovation into multiple markets.
Excellent experience working within the flexible packaging arena.
Strong exposure to the Food and specialist markets.
The ability to set strategy and take full responsibility for all elements of the business division.
Strong market and/ or formulating knowledge and industry contacts. Especially in GCC.
Proven selling background with a record of accomplishment of past sales success in the GCC Market.

Physical Exertion:

Must be able to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
Long stretches sitting, working on a computer.

Working Environment:

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Academic Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing
Flexible Packaging / Preform & Caps is an advantage.
Minimum 10 Year Experience in the Same Field

Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Salary Package

Monthly Basic Salary KD: 750/- Per Month

Accommodation Allowances KD: 70/- Per Month

Food Allowances KD: 70/- Per Month

Air Ticket Allowances KD: 10/- Per Month

Sales Commission Annually

Cell Phone + Sim Free

Transportation Free (From Limited Areas)

Working Hours 8 hours daily/5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday)

Increment Salary to be reviewed every 2 Years based on Performance Evaluation
