Roles & Responsibilities
The recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for open positions. He/She will work closely with hiring managers to determine which applicants are the best fit for each job opening.
A recruiter typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Meeting with hiring managers to discuss their requirements, objectives and prepare performance profiles to assess candidates
Interviewing candidates, assessing their qualifications, and recommending them to hiring managers based on the previously set performance profile.
Working with Other HR staff members to complete the recruitment and on-boarding process till deployment
Reviewing resumes and other applicant documents to identify potential candidates
Interview candidates to understand their interests and motivations and whether they would be a good fit for the company culture
Communicating regularly with hiring managers to ensure that they are satisfied with the progress of the recruiting process
Source potential candidates who meet job requirements through different platforms LinkedIn, Naukrigulf, or different platforms as Whatsapp and Facebook.
Prepare and publish Job advertisements using different job portals.
Interact with different agencies internationally to source overseas candidates.
Do a complete assessment for candidates through talent scorecards and prepare assessments using ERP system for further interviews.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-3 Years of Experience as a recruiter, Facility management experience is strongly preferred.
Bachelor degree of any discipline
Speaking and Writing English as Native, while Arabic will be an advantage
Strong computer skills especially in Google docs and Sheets.
Communicator, motivated, positive, resilient and persistent.
Good reader, and has proof of continuous learning.
Previous experience and knowledge with any of ERP’s is an added value.
