Scope And Purposes
CCE Marketing & PR Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote the center’s continuing education programs to the public, ensuring that they are well-attended and meet the center’s revenue targets. The successful candidate will work closely with the center’s management team, faculty, and staff to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, including online and offline promotions, advertising, and social media.
Essentials Duties and Responsibilities: (not all-inclusive):
Develop and implement marketing strategies that promote the center’s continuing education programs to the public, ensuring that they are well-attended and meet revenue targets.
Work with the center’s management team, faculty, and staff to identify and target appropriate audiences for each program and course.
Develop and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, including email marketing, advertising, social media, and other channels.
Manage the center’s social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts that promote upcoming programs and events.
Develop and maintain the center’s website, ensuring that it is up-to-date and engaging for potential students.
Collaborate with the center’s designers and writers (inhouse or through the assigned marketing agency) to develop marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, and posters.
Plan and execute events that promote the center’s continuing education programs to the public, such as open houses and information sessions.
Work with external partners, such as community organizations and businesses, to promote the center’s programs to a wider audience.
Monitor and report on the success of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
Manage the center’s marketing budget and ensure that spending aligns with revenue goals.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the field of continuing education or a related area.

Excellent Knowledge of MS office.
Excellent Arabic & English written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Experience with social media marketing, email marketing, and other online marketing channels.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or other design tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies.
