As HR Advisor, you will support the Dukhan Base Management Team in developing, delivering and oversighting people aspects at Dukhan airbase, playing an active role in ensuring the Organizations objectives are achieved. You will offer advice and guidance on policy and procedures to all Managers and Employees, ensuring governance is deployed and supporting a high-performance culture.
As HR Advisor Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
Supporting the business and the HR Manager in the development & delivery of an HR People and Organization Plan.
Deploying HR Functional Governance.
Providing HR support and guidance to BSL employees.
Play an active role in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees.
Partner with Line Managers to support talent management and succession planning.
Coaching Line Managers in the implementation of their people responsibilities.
Keeping records and providing advice to Line Managers on the full range of HR activities, including support to disciplinary, grievance, absence management, terms and conditions of employment, and performance management.
Assisting in the collation of people information and metrics, developing data driven insights in support of the Organisation’s goals.
Taking the lead and/or supporting project activities within the following areas; employee relations and engagement, reward, learning and development, talent management, resourcing and information and knowledge management
Preparing monthly payroll.
Check employee’s employment related expenses are align with our policies and practices.
Generalist HR experience working within a changing environment.
Client facing experience with multiple clients and experience in managing multiple tasks across a range of Customers.
Experience in the development and application of HR processes, developing HR interventions to drive business performance.
Contracting and consultancy skills.
Strong coaching and influencing skills.
CIPD Graduate Membership is preferred but Not mandatory
IT skills (MS office suite).

The successful candidate for this role will be a HR generalist with proven ability to take the initiative in a complex operating environment. They will have due consideration of policy compliance, risk management (including employee relations) and consistency/precedent setting.
