Position: Joinery Manager

Currently we at Target LLC are looking for an Operations Manager for our Joinery factory with Joinery/ Production experience.
This position will be responsible for the overall functioning of the Joinery Factory and Business Development.
• Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
• Coordinate business operations – Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, and/or distribution of products.
• Develop business strategies and goals.
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
• Direct and coordinate the organization’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
• Work directly with Clients.
• Regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee operating budget.
• Oversee activities directly related to making products or providing services.
• Set department Vision goals based on the company’s plans.
• Follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently.
• Develop New Business Opportunities.
• Represent company in relevant professional organizations.
• Additional duties assigned or deemed necessary for effective business effective operations.
